This PR attemps to optimze trie node RLP based on the updated RLP lib at #358. It also implement the
Stacktrie, a trie implementation that expects keys to be inserted in order. This data structure will helpDeriveShaandVerifyRangeProoffaster in the future.These PRs must be merged first:
